Thaldev cut his teeth at some of India’s top creative agencies — Publicis, JWT, Dentsu, and BBH India — crafting campaigns for PepsiCo, Nestlé, Axe, Maruti Suzuki, Honda, and more. Whether launching guerrilla street interventions or green design initiatives, his early work earned national awards and attention for its mix of visual audacity and cultural depth.
In 2016, he founded Brandisrupt, a boutique brand consultancy, and co-launched RedRebs, a luxury fashion label for plus-size women — redefining what premium looks like for the often-overlooked. This phase cemented his belief: Design isn’t just about what looks good. It’s about what feels fair.
